» User ID is the same as before
» Password = last 4 digits of SSN
» Enter random code
» Read and accept terms & conditions
» Choose and answer the three security questions

Enter security key- This may be a text word or phrase
used to help you securely authenticate your identity
through our online banking.

» Enter your email address
» You will be prompted to enter in a New Password
